  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where legally required or in exceptional circumstances at Shalovix’s discretion.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.

Promotions & Free Trials

  • Promotional offers or free trials are valid for the specified period only.

  • Shalovix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions without notice.

4. Content Ownership

  • All content on Shalovix, including movies, TV shows, images, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Shalovix.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to stream content for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public performance, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Shalovix provides content “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect quality.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including technical issues, internet outages, or device compatibility problems.

7. Termination

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from your use of Shalovix will be resolved under South African law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

  • By submitting feedback, you grant Shalovix a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, and implement your suggestions without obligation to you.
